For the time Express Assist has been operating at the assistance market, it has developed a broad network of medical providers what assures arrangement of prompt administration of medical aid globally. Aid is administered both to travelers out of their residence countries that is to citizens of Russia abroad and to foreign citizens travelling in the territory of Russia. • Arrangement of consultations by foreign specialists.

• Provision of further medical supervision and care.
• Services of a doctor-translator accompanying a foreign client on a business and touristic trip across the country.
• Arrangement of medical repatriation if clinically indicated by doctors from Express Assist Centre and medical institutions by specifically equipped means of transport, either by medical aircrafts or airliner accompanied by a doctor, nurse provided with required medicines, bandage materials and off-line medical equipment.
• Arrangement of medical evacuation of the client in case of failure to administer reasonable medical aid in situ because of lack or shortage of medical equipment at local medical institutions and lack of required specialists.
• Transportation of required specialists and/or medical equipment, medicines, chemical agents to the patient’s location.
• Arrangement of transportation of client’s minor children left unattended (e.g. because of the client’s illness, admission to hospital) to their home country. If required such transportation is carried out with qualified attendants.

• Arrangement of visits of client’s relatives through client’s treatment period (air and railroad tickets, meeting and attendance to a medical institution or accommodation at a hotel).
• Arrangement of a deceased body repatriation (transportation of a deceased body to a home country), preparation of required documents and obtaining respective permits.
